DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes! There is a local pick up option at checkout. You will receive an email with further instructions once you're order is ready (usually within 1-3 days).

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT OR LOCAL STOCKISTS?

I don't, but I occasionally do pop-up markets. Follow along on IG to stay in the loop!

ARE YOU ACCEPTING CUSTOM ORDERS?

DO YOU REPAIR BEADED JEWELRY?

I'm open to it, though I can't guarantee I will be able to repair every piece due to the tools and materials I have on hand. Please send photos of your request to hello@beadshop.us or DM me on Instagram.

ARE YOU STILL USING STERLING SILVER FINDINGS?

As of March 2026, all necklaces will be made with 316L surgical grade stainless steel findings. The cost of sterling silver nearly tripled last year, so to keep Bead Shop pieces affordable and accessible without compromising durability or quality, I’ve made the switch to jeweler's grade stainless steel. This material is tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and designed to hold up with everyday wear.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Because most pieces are made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure you order the correct length to avoid sizing issues. If you order arrived damaged, please contact me.
